Biography
I am a graduate student in Marine Geology and Geophysics, advised by Suzanne Carbotte and Maya Tolstoy. My research interests are in using marine seismic data to understand seamounts (submarine volcanoes). I'm interested in understanding the internal structure of seamounts and various processes associated with seamounts and its eruptions. I am particularly interested in studying Axial Seamount, an active and well-monitored seamount located on the Juan de Fuca Ridge off the western coast of the United States.
