Research Interest

Biography

George is a PhD candidate who uses different geophysical observations and numerical techniques to study the dynamics of ice sheets. He has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Engineering Science (Engineering Physics specialization) from the University of Toronto, and is currently advised by Jonathan Kingslake.

Currently, George's research is focused on glacial hydrology and ice dynamics. This research employs many methods, ranging from creating simple physical models to collecting ice-penetrating radar data from the Greenland Ice Sheet.
