Bio
I am interested in marine biogeochemical processes of high latitude environments, and how these are influenced by a changing climate, freshwater discharge, and dynamic circulation. I joined DEES/LDEO in 2026 as a graduate student working on Arctic Marine Geochemistry in the Jensen Lab, investigating trace metal cycling in the Arctic Ocean. Our approach bridges macronutrients, trace metals, and physical oceanographic components to better understand regional trace metal fluxes in the Arctic ocean. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Washington (UW) School of Oceanography, where I primary worked on hydrothermal vent chemistry at UW and CICOES/NOAA PMEL. I also love getting outdoors, hiking, baking, and being on the water!
