Sanketa Kadam received her Masters in Climate and Society from Columbia University. She worked at NASA GISS Climate Impact Group for two years before joining the DEES PhD program in 2023. She works with Dr. Alex Ruane and Dr. Mingfang Ting. Her research focuses on compound extreme events in India and their impacts on agricultural yield.
